Auberge Maanitaaukimikw (Maanitaaukimikw means “guesthouse” or “visitors’ house” in the Cree language) is a bed & breakfast within the Cree community of Chisasibi, north-east of James Bay. It has nine comfortable and well- equipped rooms, which can accommodate two or four persons each. Your stay at the B&B includes a full hot buffet style breakfast along with fresh coffee.
Each of our beautiful nine bedrooms are named after one of the nine Cree communities. Each room features local art a photograph of a recognizable place in that community.
